Something in you already knows it's time.
This is a three-month journey for the person who's ready to stop carrying what was never theirs to hold—and start moving through life as who they actually are.
Together we move through the natural cycles of transformation. We tend to the soil of your nervous system, plant seeds of self-awareness, root into your own truth, and let what's ready bloom.
This work is slow, deep, and real. Just like the cycles of the Earth.
You'll be held in intimate, one-on-one sessions weaving together Somatic Experiencing, energy medicine, and the wisdom of your own body.
You don't need to be fixed. You just need space to remember yourself.
